GCSE Education At Home

Having worked with many home-educating families, I am deeply passionate about alternative education. Creating a safe, supportive space for learning is essential—when young people feel secure and understood, they truly thrive.

There are many reasons why students may not attend mainstream schools, and I offer a bespoke science education service tailored specifically for home-educated children and young people. My lessons are engaging and adaptable, supporting students who wish to deepen their understanding of scientific concepts at a pace that works for them. We can begin with the very basics, allowing the learner to guide their journey through their own interests and natural curiosity.

I work towards the individual goals of each young person—whether that means simply enjoying an hour of science each week, or working towards a recognised qualification such as GCSE or A level.

Science is a hands-on subject that sparks curiosity and helps us make sense of the world around us. I use a range of tools and approaches to deliver practical, engaging, and meaningful lessons, all within a virtual learning environment.

By working closely with parents, guardians, and young people, I design a truly personalised home education experience in science—one that meets the needs of the child in a nurturing, holistic, and flexible way.
